Online Coaching


All personal training programmes are designed specifically around the athletes goals, fitness levels and lifestyle and is reviewed weekly with Donnie. Whether you want to train for your first 5k race, Marathon, Ultra Marathon, Endurance Event or are a seasoned and experienced athlete who want to improve and break PB’s then Donnie’s Online Coaching can help you achieve your goals. 


The online coaching training programme includes: 


  • 30 min initial consultation (face to face or phone)

  • Online Training Schedule specific to your goals which is updated weekly 

  • Weekly review

  • Unlimited email access

  • Nutritional advice for performance

  • Sports Psychology Advice 

  • Support, Encouragement and a Sounding Board for Concerns and Feedback
