One To One Coaching
All personal training programmes are designed specifically around the athletes goals, fitness levels and lifestyle and is reviewed weekly with Donnie. Whether you want to train for your first 5k race, Marathon, Ultra Marathon, Endurance Event or are a seasoned and experienced athlete who want to improve and break PB’s then Donnie’s One to One Coaching can help you achieve your goals.
Each Coaching session is designed to the athletes needs to help them achieve their goals. Coaching sessions vary from Working on Running Form (Running is a skill and can be improved), Speed Work, Strength & Conditioning, Bio-mechanical Analysis, Injury Rehab and Muscle Balance.
The One to One Coaching includes:
30 min initial consultation (face to face or phone)
One hour coaching sessions specific to the athlete’s requirements (based at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Edinburgh)
Training Schedule specific to your goals which is sent weekly
Unlimited email access
Nutritional advice for performance
Sports Psychology Advice
Support, Encouragement and a Sounding Board for Concerns and Feedback
1 Session a week for 12 weeks
Block of 12 Sessions
3 monthly payments of £170
(£42.50 per session)
2 Sessions a week for 12 weeks
Block of 24 Sessions
3 monthly payments of £298
(£37.25 per session)
It takes 6 to 8 weeks for your body to adapt to a new training load, so that is why Donnie recommends an initial 12 week block so by the end of the 12 weeks you should have noticed a significant improvement in your fitness. However there is no 12 week contract and Donnie can be flexible in tailoring a package to meet the individual athletes needs.
