If you are already an experienced runner who wants to improve their personal best then we have tailor-made training programmes to assist you.

* 30 min initial consultation (face to face or phone)
* Training Programmes specific to your goals (amended weekly if required)
* 20 min weekly review with coach (face to face or phone)
* Unlimited email access to your coach
* Nutritional advice for endurance performance
