We offer a wide range of services from personal training programmes for road and trail races to one to one coaching session and group sessions. The aim of Get Active Running is to help people get active and achieve their goals while having fun.

If you have lost motivation or your training has hit a plateau, the one to one coaching will help. We all perform better when given the correct advice, guidance and the appropriate encouragement.
Whether you are training for a specific event, or just want to lose weight and improve your fitness Get Active Running can help. We offer a free 30 min consultation were we can discuss your needs, personal goals and give you the advice and training to help you achieve your goals.
All Personalised Training Programmes are designed specifically around the client’s goals, fitness levels and lifestyle and can be amended on a weekly basis depending on the client’s progress through the weekly review with their coach.
Whether you want to train for your first 5k race, marathon, ultra marathon or lose weight and have little or no running experience then our training programmes can help. If you are already an experienced runner who wants to improve their personal best then we have tailor-made training programmes to assist you.
Do you want to be a runner but don't know where to start? Do you find running difficult? If so, then the beginners course
can help.
The beginners course will help with the transition of walking to running continuously for 30 min in just 8 weeks.
Don’t worry if you can not run as the course is designed to be progressive and for the majority of week one you will be walking and getting to know each other on the course.
